Well whn i push on the back of my car my car pops and clicks from the pass side... i think my rear shock is blown... im gonna have to drive it like this till after xmas money is tight.... what struts/shocks/springs are you guys running... i need something affordable... and that has a nice ride and i can use at the track... i wanted to seel if i could replace both shocks and struts... but im not sure if ill have the $$$$... i did see someone post like a $30ish shock awhile back.... but what are you running and how does it feel...im about to roll over 208k and i think new shocks and struts will make my car have a better ride... right now im looking in to

KYb gr-2's
Monroe Matic's
or if i can hold out a bit maybe a set of
tokico HP's

Go with HP's, they're hard to beat for the price. I heard KYB's are garbage from plenty of sources, and when I bought my HP's they were cheaper than Monroes. Get the Fox ones, they are like $10 cheaper than sn95 ones and are a good choice since your car is lowered.

I got Tokico HP they handle really well and you can get them as a package with springs and shocks pretty cheap. But regardless they are pretty good. like somebody said stay away from the KYBs I have heard pretty bad things about the ride improvements and reliability of them( but then again they are cheap):nice:

damn where you get the Strange Engineering shocks and whats the price... i totalled $750 + in x mas money from friends and the g/f im looking at the adjustables or the blues now LOL.... and i think im getting headlights n a cat back or a TB

ya i got mine from jegs, summit would do too. i just wish the fronts were lil easier to adjust. if u put the car on a lift its easy. otherwise i turn the wheel and gotta reach in while layin on ground still not too difficult just get my clothes dirty if im out and about.hehe. the rears are super easy tho. I like how the Tokico drags i believe adjust from the top of the strut in the engine bay.

I have kybs in the rear... they took .2 off my 1/4 time... but that's compared to my old shocks that were beat and i could compress/decompress them by hand.

For the front I think i'm going with some moroso 10/90's or something.

Ill show you my choices as of right now... help me pick....

Ive noticed that the 87-93 HP's are a bit cheaper then the 94-04.... can we use the fox struts and shocks???? i need some info on the years i can buy ect... because if the fox's struts and shocks will fit ill still have money to get my headlights and possibly a catback or my 3.73's
