I just got a packet in the mail today from procharger. They are advertising their stage II intercooled supercharger for the v6. If i were to have this installed on my stang would the value of the car go down? I don't plan on keeping the car forever and im planning on trading it in or selling it in a few years. Their nearly 400 hp claim is really catching my eye but if im just going to screw myself in the end i dont see a point.

Why the thumbs down? I dont think it would make nearly 400RWHP...may see 320 I think.
If you want to sell the car, dont spend ANY money on mods as they will just make the car worth less.
Just curious, what are you wanting to get?

a supercharger is a bad idea for a car that you're trying to resell... i made that mistake on my bimmer so now it just sits in my driveway and haven't been able to sell it for about 2 months now... intake, exhaust, and rims are about all i would do if you're trying to sell it because you can easily change those parts back to stock....
