Anyone with a P1SC have troubles keeping the intercooler hoses from blowing off? Ive up graded the clamps that have come off, looks like Im gonna have to do them all. Really sucks Procharger couldnt include a quality clamp. Anyway just wondered if this was a common problem. On a good note, car is a blast to drive when S/C

    Funny you ask.

Yes I have, I just changed out all my intercooler tubing clamps for turbonetics T-bolt clamps. Problem solved. Wish I would have just done it to begin with. with the nose off the car it would have been tons easier.

Funny thing is, the car made it through the 2.5 hours of Dyno time without blowing any of them off. Then after the first one went, it just seemed to move around to different clamps.

I'm running 11 lbs boost and never had this problem. I'd look in to whether or not the bypass valve is working properly.

I know that the Vortech ho system releases a certain small amount of oil on the discharge side, I had the clamp problem too. the blue hoses would slip over time.
Just pull them off clean inside up with Simple green and reinstall with high quality clamps. Problem solved. Now sure about Procharger system thou. Hope this helped:rolleyes:

Its a new system & havent noticed any oil. Bypass valve seems to be working. I think its just a matter of procharger throwing the cheapest clamps they could find in the kit. If you tighten them any tighter the worm gear just tears the clamp. Im just going to have to buy the correct clamps they should have supplied. Thanks for the help.:nice:

They gave me good quality stainless steel clamps in my kit. Not great quality, but good. I'm not having this problem.
