i have a profile clarus CL640 amp. it takes bare 4 gauge power wires. the little screws that hold the wires in though, i lost one of them. after searching high and low, i came up empty handed. half an hour ago i emailed they're tech support with my problem. i just got an email back from "steve". he simply said "give us your name and address and we'll ship one out at no charge"
i got a response in half an hour, and now im getting a part for free shipped ot my house. i have got to say, im very impressed. i like theyr products, its a great amp, but i have never had customer suport act that quickly. and i've never had anybody offer to send me free stuph. wow...
