Q's on Underdrive Crank Pulley

I just won one from Ebay for 11.00

March UD Crank Pulley, Billet Steel (not Aluminum)

Will i see/feel any difference when i bolt it up??

Also... the box advertised 10-15 hp

So is it more like 5 hp that i'm freeing up??

the crank pulleyr is where you usually find the most power in this kind of set, so should probably be more like 8Hp or so, but cars with no other mods and dyno b/f and after the pullies and with the set they gain like 10-11 rwhp
