If you don't know someone who can pass your car, drive out in the middle of the sticks(country) and look for an inspection station. Someone has to pass all of those trucks that are loud as hell. Good luck

Yep. If the SES is on you won't pass. Get the MILS.

There's always some place to get it done, just look for the most beat down ghetto place in town and I can almost guarantee you'll get it passed!! but the MIL's would be the cheapest way to get the light off.

Here in Missouri there's been a few cars that have passed the OBDII test with O/R pipes and MIL eliminators...Then we just need to get the hook up on the visual during the saftey inspection...

Here in Georgia they do not look for cats on the 94+ vehicles, Like Trents99 stated he had an O/R pipe with MILS and passed here in Georgia.

I plan on doing that soon on my car also, they are cheap and can be found anywhere. www.dallasmustang.com www.mustangunlimited.com and so on.

Yep just pull up, plugged in the OBD plug, typed on the computer, cried about how the gas fumes were making his eyes water and was getting a headache. Then handed me my paper and I was on my way.

That's in GA...dunno about anywhere else.

if you don't have to worry about the visual (no cats) inspection you can always fool the OBDII test by disconnecting the battery for an hour. It worked for me in NC. You will have to drive the car at highway speeds (55mph) for a few minutes in order for the computer to reset. Or if you want to spend the money just buy the MIL's like everyone has said. Good luck.
