I think trac control is good to have in case you are in some rain, dirt, or even possible gravel roads. Anyway, if your exhaust needs are just for some sound, go with the Boomtubes from pacificaperformance. You can find them as low as $275 from LastCallRacing. I have listened to hundreds of exhaust clips and none of them (to me at least) sound as good as them. They are not raspy and the drone is not bad at all. There is a thread on boomtubes in the 2005 gt talk section as well as an exhaust sticky in GT tech if you want to compare.
