On my 90 gt I have rust through on the frame rails where the rear bumper shock thingy mounts to approx 4'' foward.Im sure this is common.Anyone have any experience replacing this.Looks fairly straightfoward just cut at clean metal and weld in some new sections. I dont believe this area is weight bearing or critical I would like to repair it before it gets worse....the tin metal above it and where the gas tank/straps are attached is fine.Having a shop do it ...just want to know if anyone has seen/repaired this issue.Thanks!
