WTF...I put some 1.25" spacers on my rear wheels and my right one is just fine, but my left tire doesnt stick out the same, it sticks more in the tire well and doesnt stick out as far as the right!! :(

what could it be...I took both spacers off thinking it was the spacers and maybe I have different sizes, but they are both 1.25", and when I put the tires back w/o the spacers the left tire is still in the tire well more than the right rear tire

I wouldve NEVER noticed if I wouldnt have put my spacers on

whats wrong, is my car ok to drive

    any help would be appreciated!!!

I'm not to suprised. I know plenty of people where the rear end isn't perfectly centered. It is probably just a manufacturing tolerance or something.

its not that it isnt centered, its the left sticks more in the tire well than the right side?????

if you look at my rear tires from the back of my car, the left sticks more in the tire well than the right....so the right tire sticks out more than the left???????

    wtf!!!

thats my point. If the entire rear end wern't centered, one side would stick out more than another

thats weird. ive never noticed this before but i will definately will check mine. i guess one possibility is that it wasnt centered from the factory. maybe the welds on the axle housing arent centered. you ever check if one side is higher than the other? mine is and ive seen a few stangs that look the same. at first i thought my stang might have been in a wreck but i think the springs sag.

I would agree it's not uncommon. It could be tolerances or worn bushings, etc.

Why is it that the small crap drives use nuts the most?

Mine does the same thing. My axel is about 4 inches off center.....of course it was t-boned.

Why do you need 1.25 inch spacers???

Mine looks off center as well, that's before and after entirely new rear suspension, everything has been replaced.
