Rear window defrost?

On the driver side the little connection on the glass has been pulled away. Can I just resolder that or is there a better way to fix it?

There is a repair kit available from most autoparts stores. Like $15. Pretty common repair esp on older American vehicles.

The repair kit is the stuff that you paint on where the actual lines on the window are damaged. The worst thing that'll happen is you might not get the part soldered back on, so I'd try that first.
