I'm looking for any recommended books, articles, sights that go in depth into mod motor build ups, re-builds. Something on the very high detailed technical level. (I’m an engineer)
I've re-built a few motors mostly v6's (out of necessity) and would like to learn more about the Ford 281 4.6L.
When I get my Stang (06) I'm planning on doing at least rods, bearings, and pistons with a mild cam and some sort of FI. (Circa 500-550bhp) For a reliable daily screamer.
That is at least when the warranty runs out, LOL!
I need to start now to save the $$ and plan the mods. Thinking ahead.
As of right now I'm subscribing to MM&FF and the new MODIFIED MUSTANGS

Also I do know most of the differences between the 2v & 3v. Thanks to you guys and the mags.
