Can someone look and see what color the remote wire for the stock head unit is? I think its a white/blue stripe wire but wanted to double check. I'm wiring up a new head unit and cant get the amp to power up and I know all the equipment I'm installing works. Thanks, Matt

Yeah the remote wire should be either blue or blue with white stripes (most likely with stripes). It really doesn't matter what you wire the remote turn-on to, just as long as it's a +~12v source. It is easier to do it off the headunit though so all of your equipment turns off at the same time. If you want to be absolutely certain then just check it with a voltmeter.

Thanks, I found it. It was actually a yellow w/black stripe one. Forgot I had a Haynes manual, just looked in the schematics in the back of it.
