Richmond or FMS?

I agree that it's all in the install, but FMS seems to be the way to go -- everyone agrees.

not everyone! i've had half a dozen gear sets sent to our shop with MAJOR defects...

After making the gears,there put on a machine (gleason test machine) to make sure the ring,and pinion gear match! To see if they can make a good,quiet pattern. Richmond does not use this method.After they make thier gears they put them on the shelf and say here you go !!

i run FMS 3.73's and never had a problem with whining and I installed them myself and it was a piece of cake, they fit in exactly
