Large fenced yard, lots of parking with oversized two car garage and access to any tool needed for auto or motorcycle repair. House is furnished with the exception of spare bedroom. Hot tub, beer on tap, Direct TV and wireless high speed internet. Rent has been $550/month with all utilities included for past roommates but is somewhat negotiable.
