Roomiest Stang?

    I was just curious. From the Fox bodied stangs to the current ones. Which one has the most cabin(if you want to call it that) space between the front seat and back seat.

    yeah, but the 87' hatchbacks put up a good fight me thinks, i dunno i dont tend to haft to get into the back of my car... lol but i remember the back of my friends 87' hatchback wasnt too roomy (we all squished in there)

    my 01 is roomy for 2 full size people and 2 "little people" in the back

    exactly spector, i can fit like... some small children (no children in my car...) or 'petit' women. but yeah, the 05's look roomy, with the 'cabin' area thing being longer i would assume it entails more rear legroom for those otherwise very short run drives.

    i like the size they are not, if you stretch them to much they start to look more like a sedan..... i would gladly take less interior room to keep the weight down on the car and keep it more sporty looking.

    i'd just make it a 2 seater. drop a few hundred pounds.

    I remember fitting in the back of an 01' with a guy on the big side and a petit girl.

    BTW, I don't think a motive for buying a 'Stang should be the interior space.
