I just read on another site that the books may ship right after the 40th Anniversary bash later this month.

I was really hoping they would shipat the beginning of this month as originally planned.

Oh well. Patience, patience, I guess.

    You have the new one?

I was talking to Greg who has an advance copy of the book, and he was asking if I wanted to come over to his house this past weekend and check it out before it shipped.

As we were busy working on "Project #69" I did not have time to head over to his place to check it out.

I know Mark @ PA also got his books in, and will be loading them up for the TN 40th show.

Did you pick yours up from Mark? Just wondering. I head from Greg that it is not bad. Him and Mark had been up at the printers proofing it several times here of late.

My limited edition hard cover book #279 signed by Steve Saleen arrived today. The pictures and illustrations are magnificent! The book is going back in the original shipping box, and I'm ordering a second copy to read. Great job by Brad Bowling!!!

I just received #152 this morning over here on the West Coast. It exceeds my expectations in terms of photo quality and printing. I am at work right now, so I can’t really read it.

I am rethinking things now and may get a paperback copy in order to keep this one pristine.

Paneer, your car is so freaking clean. Nice attention to detail on the undercarriage.

I feel the need to go home now and scrub my car down.

Got mine in the mail two days ago. It is awesome! Thought it funny that the car chosen for the 1996 photo's looks almost identical to mine (Violet). Even had info on the Budget Car series! Nice...

    Thanks for noticing.

What is sad is that up until last week the car hadn't been washed since November. Good thing the Fabulous Fords Forever show came up. My two little daughters keep me very busy.
