Hey guys whats up, I installed the saleen quick shifter yesterday and Im not really happy with it. I bought it thinking I was buying the billet shift know and got the quick shifter extension bracket. Anyways I was like hell Ill try it and installed it. The shift distance has been shortened tremendously and I like that but its harder for me to actually put it in gear. Like its quick from gate to gate but then slows me down trying to get into gear just wanted to see your thoughts because Im thinking im going to take it out and wait till i have the funds for a tri-ax shifter. What do you think.

    Thanks John

you probably tightened the shifter to tight. It happened with my tri-ax, 3rd to 4th was great, but all the other ones were really stiff. Its the nuts where your shifter meets the bar to the transmission. Its at the L shape intersection.

You really need the Slaeen knob to help combat that, th estock knob sits so low.
