    Hey all,

I apologize if this has already been discussed, but I was hoping someone could answer a simple question for me. I'm presuming that an SCT Tuner would void my warranty (correct me if I'm wrong on that point). My question is, with the tuner, can I re-tune to my stock settings when taking it into the dealership and then go back to the "better" settings? If so, is there anyway for them to know that I've been using the tuner?

Also on that note, I was reading a bit on the 9300 Xcalibrator and noticed that the Xcalibrator 2 was supposed to come out soon? What's the difference between the 1 and 2?

    Thanks,

    Sacha

Xcaliber 2 will allow you to set the setting yourself, without getting it dyno tuned. And yes you can reflash to factory settings. I would save for X2 or get a Pred. What my SCT dealer told me was that they were gonna do a trade-in. Thats why i bought it early.

SCT said they cant void the warrenty for it.. "Q: Will it void my warranty?
A: No. In some provinces & states it is illegal for a dealership to void your warranty based solely on the fact that you have installed an aftermarket product. Please check with your local dealership and verify the laws in your area."
