I just bought a motorcycle last week...it's a 1978 Kawasaki KZ750. Has a 750 CC side-by-side Twin that makes 55 hp. That's only 33 hp less than my old '90 Mustang made off the showroom floor
43 ft-lbs according to the info I found about it. If it was a four cylinder, technically, it would be a 1.5L making 110 hp and 86 ft-lbs of torque.
I hear ya' I have a new Yamaha R6 (600cc) and it produces 108hp and 42.5 ft.-lb of torque. Thats only 2hp shy of what my 93 LX makes. (I think) Guess thats why the 5.0 was a popular option.
