11k is not bad...since i think cobras typically go for 7-8ish these days and sometimes more for a clean one. i paid 9500 for mine back in 2005 i believe, but mine was clean as hell with 70k on it. my friends also trying to sell his supercharged modular cobra but market seems a bit dry right now.
i hate to break this to you, but i think you are going to have a very hard time finding someone who is going to baby the car. people who are into these cars like to drive them hard. they like dumping the clutch, smoking the tires and seeing how fast the car can go. hell, that is what we like to do too. much more so when i was younger though. after the new owner gets used to the car, they will start to love it and that is when they start to take care of it. it will probably be sort of like that when my daughter starts dating. whatever punk ass kid wants to taker her out had better make me feel like he is treat her the way she deserves to be treated (the way i have for the last 14 years). it is really going to be hard for me to let her go, but i know i will have to. good luck though, i hope you do find someone you feel will take care of the car. one other thing ... try to remember when you were his age, and imagine you were he. especially if he really likes the car, he was probably nervous with you watching him, and maybe he is not very used to driving a stick. and i bet he wanted you to think he could drive it fast, and then fell on his face. i bet he was pretty embarassed by the whole thing.
since all the punk ass kids get to drive it can i come out and drive it,lol. ive never been in a heads and cam powered 5.0. i really wonder how the powerband is
