I have decided to sell my 94, after a lot of thinking it needs a good home somewhere else, I'm about to buy a 04 cobra and I dont have room for 3 cobra's, I hate to see it go, but it's getting old and I want something new. I'm not sure what i'm going to ask for it??? Probably right around 9 to 10k, I will be selling all of the extra stuff that I have not installed, but i will put that in another thread.

I'll still drop in from time to time to say hello.

What do u expect to spend on a 04 cobra? You paying cash or financing? If you're financing what do u think the note will be?

I'm buying one in ca, and the car is staying here, I'm moving to arizona for a couple years to get my restaurant off the ground. I have a 76 Gmc jimmy i'm taking with me to arizona. The cobra's will sit in the garage at my house here in cali.

I found one with 11300 miles for 27.5k, I refuse to pay payment's on cars, so i'll be paying cash.

So you'll have a Terminator depreciating while you cannot drive it very much or often?

I'm not sure that Terminator's depreciate. Especially with only 11,xxx miles on them.

Yes sir, I realize this, and have questioned my choice more than once; But I have 2 cobra's right now that are doing the same thing, but are nickle diming me to death, the 04 will have a nice looooonnnnngggggg warranty, it's good until 2010. So that alone almost made it worth my while. I also thought about selling the 98, but my brother wanted it so I gave it to him. If I dont get what I want out of it, I will keep it, I just have to make room, more than likely at a friends shop. I posted it at 12k, and I believe it to be worth it, however I am willing to negotiate.

I also have a 2.6 KB sitting in my garage waiting for a car, I bought it the first time I thought about buying a 03 - 04, It was a great deal that I was going to make money on until I started thinking about buying one. I got it from my brother's impound yard from a car that was never reclaimed, So lets just say less than $500, including supporting parts.....

Ok, I hear ya. So the cash outlay isnt a super huge deal considering what you're liquidating. Plus the older cars will only get more finicky as they sit. I'm getting ya. :nice:

Rob, I do believe the Terminators will depreciate but one thing we know (it's why I would love to grab one up right now myself) is that grabbing one earlier in its life would be awesome (rather than a RHAPUW iteration that someone might be selling down the line).

The only similar perspective I have is from Kevin (04 Sleeper, formerly 89 Sleeper). He sold his minty fox when he moved and later got a T-machine. He's never looked back that I can tell (and he loved that fox. It was really beautiful). Recently (on his 04) a whipple just went on, to the tune of over 500/500 IIRC.

It sounds like a good plan man. :nice:

Nope the cash is no problem. I'm getting over trying to make my 94 as fast as a stock 03-04, besides that my 94 has been my baby, so no matter what it was my first love... lol.

Well as of now the wheels and tire's are comming off, the other nitros kit is comming off, the kirban fuel pressure regulator is comming off, the stock driveshaft is going back on (i'm putting this one on the 98 though), possibly the shifter, I'm leaving the 96+ tails on so I have the stock tails and wiring harnesses to get rid of (they need paint) and the CC plates. The driveshaft and CC plates are going on my 98 tough. I'll put what i'm getting rid of in the classifieds, but i'll let you all know first.

Ok I now have a serious dilemma... I had 3 people look at my car today, all 3 of them are in their teen's early 20's, i'll be damned if I sell my car to some punk ass kid who is going to destroy it, and i'm dead serious about it... I will not sell it to any of them, Craig's dad (a kid who came to look at it) offered me 11k because I said I would not sell it to his son. My answer was still NO....... Am I being rediculous? I just cant see my blood, sweat, and tears going to SHI*t. I'm going to keep it if these are the only people who want it.

Sorry for the rant, I let the first kid drive it and he drove it like absolute crap, trying to powershift and act stupid, I told him to pull over after a mile....Stupid dick, I hope you are reading this ya ass. You said your a member so speak up.
