OK…I'm waiting to hear back on the financing, but I am about to get back into the Mustang game after being without one for almost 2 years.

The care I'm looking at is owned by a smoker and didn't wreak of smoke, but you could smell it a little bit. What is going to be the best way to get ALL the smoke smell out of this car.

I used to be a smoker years ago and now, I just detest the smell and want it out!

    Any info would be great.
    Thanks

Mix some Woolite original and some H2O 10:1 and do the entire interior Dash/carpet/seats. Let it air dry and or rent a wet/dry vac and suck the water out. After that Fabreeze it and drive with the windows down for a while.

Also try Ozium, it's a small spray usually found in the air freshners, it has a citrus smell to it, but it works!

A detail shop can fog the smell right out. Check around with various dealers in the area and see who they use to fog their cars. It costs, but it works, and you'll never have the issue come up again. If by some chance you do, most places will back up their work.

Thanks guys - the guy I'm getting the car from seems to keep the smell to a minimum (think he leaves the windows open a good bit) so it's not REAL strong - but, it's there enough to bother me.

    Thanks for all the tips.

Their is a product called "Smoke Off" and you just spray
it lightly on your cars carpet and it will take the smoke
smell right away. You might be able to fined it in a auto
    parts store.

+1 for the de-fogger. It gets all kinds of stank out, not just cigarrette smoke. If the smell really bothers you, i'd do that then followed by the woolite mixed with water to clean the upholstery.

By the way, I'm surprised none of the "420 club" have chimed in yet with what they may use to get the smell out
