A can of tuna has more than 13g's...:)

Try 27-35...depending on brand and type.

    Whey Protein Isolate is nice;)

Animal Pak is overpriced, tried it. Works decent, seen better gains from others though...

Do not ignore your legs - it is 50% of your body. The legs are a big muscle, train them often to get the same effect...

Just checked a can I have , 13G :) Maybe bigger cans have more obviously, the standard size doesnt have that much as stated :)

Animal pak is not over priced. $18 and worth very penny, a staple in my supp's.

I agree 100% about the legs.

Voted multi vitamin of the year 2 years in a row on Bodybuilding.com and #7 on bb.com's top 50 :D

I just checked mine - 11 grams per serving. 2.5 servings per container - do the math:)

28-29 grams per serving. It is the average size can - I worked at a grocery store for quite some time...I know my protein grams:D

Animal Pak is the most overpriced multi-vitamins, even GNC (of all places) has cheaper multi-vitamins that actually work...

Whoops, you're right on the serving size, I didn't see that.

Nah, its not even close to being over priced but too each their own I guess :) My body thanks me every day with the complete pak I gulp down :D GNC? Eww i'll never go on there, now talk about over priced..

I figured that was the confusion about the tuna...

It is well overpriced, I have ran thru about 5 different mult-vitamins myself. I have found and seen cheaper multi's, that gave me the 'same results'...I liked the AST's...

GNC is just for looking...not for buying:D

Can you link the multi's you've tried? I want to compare the ingredients. Not that i'll ever switch, pak is cheap and complete. I just want to see what the others include.

A few that gave me the 'same results' for cheaper price...

    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/men.html

    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/ast/multi-pro.html

Any of the gnc mega series worked fine...

And of course flintstone tablets PWO.

Keep in mind number of pills for % of vitamins...I don't get locked into % increases, I get locked into what worked for me...I just felt I was wasting my money with the animal pak...nice 'pak' though.

www.bodybuilding.com price matches...so what is listed is not what you can get them for...

read into it...one serving of tuna (2 oz.) has anywhere between 10-15g of protein, the typical can is 6 oz. -- you guys do the math

Mega Man ( gnc) has work for me for years its cheap. I can buy it without Iron and it doesnt give me the belly aches vitamin pacs do. I do agree Animal is a little pricey good but pricey. You can find cheaper and just as good.

Disclaimer: Just my opinion, not really worth a whole lot since I havent won many (any) Mr. Olympias.
