I'm looking for PC based software to modify my 99 mustang's computer. Anyone know of any vendors or software companies with this software?

http://www.guieectuner.com/ The ecc-tuner with the gui-interface used to be really popular in mid 90's. It is a very powerfull tuning tool, but to use it takes alot of time and reading online to figure out how to use it.

Don't waste your time with EEC tuner - they won't even acknowledge that their product will work with the EEC-V. :nonono:

I like the tweecer also, but they really don't change the PCM in the sense a reflash would. There is something coming out that is expected to change that, but I haven't seen any specifics yet. This might be a good time to wait and see... :nice:

Does the TWEECER work with 96-98 2Vs or just 99+ models?
