I'm heading to the bank tomorrow to talk about a loan for the stang. I have found a '92 5.0 Coupe 5spd will all the options and even a sunroof. First things first is suspension upgrades to make it handle better and of course a 5 lug conversion. What is the best way to get 18" FR500 rims to fit? Which lowering springs and how much drop would I need? I wanting a good handling car so I'm looking into the steeda products.
These are the two pics I have been doing by. Wanting to have the same drop and of course fit the 18" rims. Thanks for all the help. Already modding a car I don't even own yet.
None of those is the car I'm looking at. The one I'm looking at has the factory 10-hole rims which will have to go quick. Trying to figure out the best way to fit 18" rims and still have a good handling car. Guess I will start looking in 17s.
yes, we have 17*9 all around on the 86 and if we cut the front wheel to shape they rub. edit, wrong number 16*9 typo.
liar, you have 16" cobras on your 86 Oh and your car doubtedly runs 16.8 in the quarter and doesn't have 120 Hp, and turbo coupes were 4cyl turbos...(all referring to your cardomain.)
Adding to the cardomain thing, Ryan...you're running a stock manifold...not a custom one. And I thought you were running dumped cherry bombs, not flowmasters. whatever, I'm not getting into it, you've had enough people commenting on your choices and disposition, I'm not going to say anything that hasnt already been said. On topic (sorry btw), thats wicked! I was so stoked when I bought my coupe, you'll love it. Hope all goes well at the bank, bro.
Appreciate it guys! I'm going to look more into the suspension (lowering) and rims/tires after I pick her up, hopefully soon!
i put the flowmaster then when i was going to get flowmaster but i went with turbo mufflers. and i lost my password so i cant go in and change it.
