Only two things can change it. Your needle slipped on the peg, or the computer was flashed to a different gear ratio/tire size. So here's what you need to do to help narrow it down. Hold in the speedo odometer select button and keep holding it in while you start the car. This puts the guage cluster in diag mode. You can then push/select through different parameters. go through untill your on the speed reading and run the car up to 60 MPH. Does the speedo needle read 60? then its the computer, or the construction radar was whacked. Check this by using a stopwatch and see if 1 mile ='s 1 minute at 60 MPH if this is the case your accurate. if none of this pans out your needle is off somehow.

I wouldnt think so but strager things have happened. You might check the harness and see if any wires under there got pinched. But do the simple test I outlined first, then go from there.
