Rusty, is it flat to satin or is it gloss?
Man, I just bought two quarts of Rust Seal and it only comes in gloss...I guess I could top coat the rust seal with the SPI...that would make for an expensive floor pan bottom though...

It is semi gloss but if you add fast reducer it will be flat
