Steeda - Great Customer Service!

I had their solid rear swaybar on my 96 GT for almost one year and it snapped just like my old stock on did (as the stock ones are known to do), only my stock one made it about 160K miles. So I pulled the Steeda bar off and shipped it to them. Don sent my sales receipt through accounting, and a couple hours later, he called me to ask where I wanted my replacement shipped to.

I was completely ready to have the "standing behind your product" fight if they weren't going to do anything about it - but from the first time I spoke with Don, he was nothing but nice and understanding and more than willing to help me out. Great customer service experience!

I also am using their bump-steer kit, X2 ball joints and a few other suspension/ignition parts - and so far they are all operating flawlessly.
