its scary untill you start to take things apart then its pretty easy (unless you have a bad memory and cant remember where things go)
if you already have lowering springs on the front they should pop out pretty easily.
put the car on jackstands (make sure you give yourself enough room to lower the control arm all the way)
remove wheels
jack up the control arm a little
remove calipers and hang them out of the way
either remove the two bottom bolts holding the strut in place or remove the top bolt
now you can SLOWLY lower the jack/control arm and then remove the front springs
the rears you should be able to just put the car up on stands, jack the rear a little, unbolt the shocks and then lower the rear and pull the springs out
