swapping 2.3t into rx7

    I was wondering if anyone here could give me any helpfull information on swapping the 2.3 turbo engine into my 88 rx7? itll be a great performer 2600 pounds stock limitedslip rear end and all wheel discs. they sell a kit to drop a 5.0 into mu car. i was wondering how much different those two engines are in terms of mouting. also the 4 cylinder t5 tranny-Is it the same size and dimensions as the v8 t5? what about the output shaft? the kit they sell includes a new front subframe and crossmember for the tranny and im wondering if i could modify these to work with the 2.3. Any info would be great. thanks

    I think they talked about this awhile back on Turboford once, I'm not sure but its worth a shot.
