Just put poly bushings on my Ghia and have a few tips to share for what it's worth and if anybody is interested...

First, what they say about poly bushings being like switching to a larger sway bar is true. The difference is amazing. My Ghia with the stock 3/4 inch bar and new poly bushings feels just like my Cobra with a 1 inch bar and stock rubber bushings.

Second, I got fed up with turning those end link 1+ inch hex tops, so I welded a 9/16ths nut on the top of each. Now I can quickly spin them off with a ratchet in seconds instead of fighting with a giant crecent wrench 1/4 turn at a time.
