Tailpipes

    Hey! I've bought some 5.0L stock tailpipes.. I thought they were 2.5" but they are only 2" 1/4

    Will it make a big difference/loss of power for a 2.3T exhaust? 3"DP 2.5" mufflers(2) and 2" 1/4 tailpipes?

    Damn sometime I'm too fast on buying things.. ****

    How much did you pay for those? Hopefully, not too much.

    Well, I think they could serve your purpose...just keep in mind that mandrel bent 2.5" tailpipes will run you at least $100, so if you can't afford that, stock pipes will probably work.

    If they are mandrel bent (not crushed or wrinkled on the bends) then I'd just run them...I doubt you'd notice a difference.
