Anybody know what happened to The Dream Car Factory? I went to their website, and there's just some picture of an indy car there. I emailed them and never got a response. I want to buy their hood. Anyone got one they want to get rid of?
I live around the corner from their facility. Just before Winter hit, they closed the doors and left. It's a vacant building now. What a shame. They built some pretty wicked rides. It was always cool driving by to see what was outside.
Before they close down totally they have a hell of a fire sale on ebay. I brought some d-spec shocks for $400 and tein springs for $36. I remember they did have some hoods for sell but that was back in the winter. They still sell on ebay as Auto closeouts but it is most small items or junk.
in case any of you guys are still wondering the dream car factory closed for no other reason than the owner greg geis was a real dousche and came in one day and said to everybody ... that he no longer has time for the business and started it as a hobby and its time for him to move on to another hobby....so three of the guys who worked there including the vice president of the company who was also the extremely reputable tuner Ray McClelland opened another shop in bedford that does absolutely everything and we have continued building some even crazier rides...and yes the hood and all body parts are still available because we also purchased the rights to them and continue producing them...but the shop is no longer in bedford last winter we re-located it to garrettsville inside the back part of a ford dealership...it is now called Full Throttle Kustomz, so check us out and stop down n get your **** tuned...you will be very pleased with the results as were hundreds of other customers...
