I had my car down with the guy's at Supersixmotors this past Friday and we did a three pull dyno and discussed some future mods i am going to do next month. (2001 coupe, auto) They backed up the 5.0 magazine article that the 70mm throttle body I have installed could actually be hurting performance on my N Aspirated motor. even suggesting at one point going back to the original until Nitrous or Supercharging. They Liked the underdrive pulley though if you don't already have that.

No need to worry about the TB. It will flow more than you will need.
Here's some tech info that I borrowed.

Figures are calculated using 146CFM/sq. inch flow rating @ 28" water depression

    60mm 99^ 3.8 TB stock: ~501.8 CFM
2.362" opening, with .400" full shaft (standard)
4.382 sq" less .945 sq" shaft area
    3.437 sq" WOT.

This means that the stock TB will support some where around 300 hp.
