A whole lot of questions??????????

I have a 93 Coupe w/ Ported/Polished stock heads, ported u/l cobra intake, x cam, 24lb inj, 70mm TB, Pullies, Cold Air Intake, MSD Distributor and Ignition. I have a 80 shot of nitrous set up for my car and I am wondering the right timing to set while i'm runnin with nitrous??? Also what are good plugs to use and at what gap??? Can I leave the gap the same for daily driving and nitrous. Should I get a timing retarder for when I use nitrous???

Also,
My gas mileage is terrible! I drive the car back and forth to work about 3 miles. I have used over a half of a tank of gas and only went about 65 miles. Any ideas why my gas mileage is so terrible.

P.S. Any ideas how much horse power you think I should have??? I had it dyno'd and it said 214hp and 243 tq.... This seamed really low to me, but the tech said he checked my air fuel and I am runnin really rich and this could really lower my horse power...
Thanks for the help guys!!
