I would like to tint my back window. I heard that I have to cut each piece separetly to avoid the defrost lines (the person said it would melt the tint if I covered the defrost lines). That sounds like alot of cutting. Whats your opinion. Has anyone done this? Can I get one big piece and cover the window or do I have to cut strips? Thanks

i have never heard of cutting and putting a puzzle together while tinting your windows..hahaha. it's just fine to tint over the defrost lines. no problem what so ever.

never heard of it melting..but i know because of the bumps you have to watch for air bubbles. you may get a bubble all along the defrost strips.
about the only problems i have heard about
