Everything but the cam. A stock 5.0 cam will work if all you want is 10's with a turbo. A few people have gone 10's with a stock 5.0 long block and a turbo.

I would imagine not for long. If you're pushin that much boost through a stock 5.0, you'll more than likely end up splitting that puppy!
