Turbo vs. N/A Wireing

I have a n/a 2.3 in a 93 mustang, convertible. I am planning on getting a engine and turbo from a newly found junkyard. My question is how much of the wireing is different from the turbo and the n/a. I know I will need some of it, but how much of it is different. Any insight would be appreciated.

Its very similar. Use the stock wiring harness in your car and modify it as shown on this webpage: http://projecthp.ford23.com/turboswap.html
