I just received a Tweecer RT, I won on ebay. I got caught up in the bidding and paid $422. Afterward I figured I should of just bought a new one for $550. I connected to the laptop and it saw it and I loaded the driver, so I guess it works.

Here's my question. I have two EEC's computers GT T4M0 & Cobra J4J1. which one should I use with the Tweecer?

I guess that's up to you. I'm not sure of which is better to start off with.

Either one will work, I am running a T4M0 and J4J1 program on my GT's T4M0 computer. As long as the family of processor is the same as the base file your modding you can use any one of that families processors with that processor. You can run a T4M0, J4J1, and I think the Wxxx is also a 5sp. processor (there are two GT 5spd processors listed on the tweecer download site one for a coupe and one for a vert.) on the car. Just pick one and sell the other or keep it for a spare incase you dump it under water or something  ???

IMHO, I would use the Cobra pcm for the following reasons.

    1. If the Tweecer should die the Cobra pcm default j4j1 cal file matches your
    24lb inj's
    t-5 trans
C&L maf can work in "cheat mode" with a sample tube change out

    2. j4j1 is better suited for a combo with h/c/i & larger inj's

    3. Again if the Tweecer should die the j4j1 has a less aggrressive spark curve and a fatter af ratio default setting. Two things which are good for your blown combo.

Welcome to the world of self tuning.

looks like the j4j1 is closer to your current configuration.
