As in reloading shotgun shells but filling them with rock salt instead or you mean cutting a shell open and emptying out the shot and replacing with salt?
Taking the bbs out, and replacing them with rock salt. That way, it wont kill, just sand your hide off. They used to do it back during the depression. But, ya. www.americanmuscle.com has some nice ones.
