I may be moving to Norfolk soon and want to know if they have emissions testing, and if so is it only a visual, a visual and sniffer, dyno etc. Are they sticklers about long tube headers? I know I'll have to get cats, but want to make sure the headers will be good to go before shelling out the cash for a catted h-pipe. Has anyone passed a sniffer with a TFS stage 1 cam? Anyone have any good e-legal cam suggestions if there is a sniffer involved? Thanks.
