I have an 88 GT Auto with an HP Turbo kit just installed. Since the install of the turbo the brakes are very stiff. I am assuming because there is not enough vacuum. My question is would installing a turbo change the vaccum pressure? Vaccum is around 11-12 right now at idle. Idle is around 800rpm.
