VERY SMALL pushrod to head clearance on AFR165's

I have some AFR165 (1402) with their stock guideplates and Scorpion 1.6 RR. My pushrods come very close to the rough, cast, top edge of the pushrod holes through the heads. I'd estimate about .050" clearance on the one cylinder that I checked. Should I consider de-burring the edges of these holes? Would I need to disassemble the head to avoid metal shavings getting in everything? Would it be adequate to use [a small grinding wheel with] a shop vac right on it when grinding to avoid getting shavings where they shouldn't be?

AFR should have just reliefed the edges with the CNC like they did the valve cover rails. But no.
