You're lucky that most Toronto area courts are extremely good and if the prosecutor has any sense, those witnesses will most likely never see the stand and if they do, even a half-assed lawyer will be able to tear them up.
thanks for the site. beefy, that the problem, cuz now they try to put everything on me as well as the racers cuz i had a "fast muscle car" and are trying to make an example of us by giving us the worse possible charges. so its gettin pretty messed up. later victor
