Hey guys I consider myself very very computer savy. BUT, Im rebuilding my gamming system and I needed to know can you run DDR 400 and DDR2 667 memory together with no problems. My MB has 2 slots for each. And I figured If I can max them both out that would be great !

    What board is it?

I know with some boards you can run 2 speeds of memory but it will scale the faster stick(s) down to the slower.

the 667 ddr2 should run at the speed of the slower memory stick. It's not like sdram anymore where you can't run pc100 and pc133 memory chips together. I think with ddr memory, the faster memory will run at the slower memory's speed.
