I'm selling my current spoiler, so decided to get some plugs (which the paint is drying on currently), and go wingless for a while. I'll have an 03 cobra decklid spoiler in about a month, but wanted to share.

Of course the plugs to use for the holes on an 01+ GT are Hillman 3/8" and 5/16" Nylon Hole Plugs.

I've gotten pulled over about 8 times in the stang for random stuff, and not one of them mentioned exhaust to me. I know plenty of people with o/r pipes in CA, and I don't know about any of them getting pulled over. There are even people running longtubes. The L/T runners are usually the only ones that run into problems with cops to my knowledge. People have a stricter impression of CA than I have experienced.

I will make this Tech. Isn't it true that going wingless gets you better times at the track because there isn't to much down force. I ran better times my very first time with the car and w/ a 5 speed than my friends did. I'm blaming that on have no wing... Here's some pics of mine.

I seriously don't think the stock wing provides very much, if any downforce. I think its all just cosmetic.
