As of right now I have a 3 gauge pillar. On there are, oil pressure, water temperature, and N20 Pressure.

Now I gotta get the the gauge cluster, Im not putting a speedo siince there like 200 bucks. So Im getting the 1 5 inch gauge, and 4 2 5/8. Now the 5 inch is the RPM, the other ones I narrowed down to 2. A vaccumm, and a volt one. What else should I get? No fuel level either I dont wanna drop the tank...

Hey brah, if you havent ordered already, hold off on trans temp. It's useless on a stick (sticks dont stress the fluid).

I like oil temp and vacuum. I cant think of a useful third gauge right now though.............

I just looked through Summit's catalog and didnt see anything neat for a gauge..............

If fuel level isnt expensive, I'd get it and rig the sender (or use resistors) to make it read in the middle. Then when you drop the tank (you know you will for something. We know how you are Guero. :D ), you can hook it up.

Otherwise, I havent seen anything neat. If I wasn't pretty sure you have 2 1/16" gauges in your pod, I'd say to move them around (putting oil pressure and water temp in your new cluster). Then you could do a two pillar pod or a bezel pod or clock pod................. That's probably not an option though.

how do you go about installing new gauges in the factory cluster? I was planning on just getting a real water temp and real oil pressure gauge on the a-pillar but if I can redo the gauges in the stock cluster I would not mind redoing doing all the gauges, I need a speedo that reads faster than 150 anyways.

Go-stang: I def. recommend replacing your gauges with a quality aftermarket..... my stock gauges (every one besides the tach) were way off!! granted mine is an 89... but my last one was a 96 that i had bought in 99 and it was the same thing...the stock gauges are very unreliable! My oil pressure was off almost 20 pds.

Yea I dont have a low oil light anymore since I got my 7 qt pan so I would like to have a real oil pressure gauge preferably with a low pressure waring light or something built in. I was looking at the speed of sound 2 gauge A-pillar pod w/ raptor attachment and getting a raptor shift light. I'm also looking at full sweep gauges with built in overheat and lo-oil press. warnings so I'm looking at like $500+ for 2 gauges, pod and shift light.
