Hey everyone. Just changing plugs on my 89 5.0 L. Then I saw this was broken. What is it?

It's part of the air injection smog crap.mine was leaking from hose so I pic a parted another it's been good for years now

Part of the emissions pump system. I believe i removed mine and plugged the holes on the back of the heads with aluminum blocks. When i got smarter on a different car, I kept the cross over tube on the heads and just made one plug where the single feed tube exits.

if you go the junk yard route like me get all the pieces you can,I believe I got somethings from other Ford cars ,they worked.
