What trans is in a 01 V6?

    I feel as though I should know, but I'm tryin to sell my shifter, and I kinda need to know what kinda trans it is. LOL.

    It's the T5, I believe. The 6'ers never got the Tremec 3650 like the '01 Bullitts/Cobras and '01.5 GT's did. So, assuming you have the Tri-Ax, it is the T5/T45 model. The Pre-'01.5 GT's had the T45.

    Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think thats right.

    I think you're right...
    I did a comparison from my shifter from my V6, to the shifter I took outta my 5.0 and they looked the same. :)
    I dunno if these parts are interchangeable between the 2 since they are the same trans, cuz it didn't look like the bolt pattern on my pro 5.0 matched the ones on my Tri-ax
