    The server crashed.

I just read where most everything from this year was lost.

They should have used Symantec Livestate Recovery, best server imaging/backup software ever!

This is true. Sorry to hear about the 'crash' there. I know how it goes, went through it with my company's e-mail server about six months ago. Had just installed Gigabit NIC in server to attach to backup network and it caused a hardware conflict/glitch with server's RAID controller and totally screwed up the drive partitions. :bang: :bang: :bang:
Took 30 hour shift to rebuild and recreate nearly 1200 user accounts, then had to restore with ArcServe (which sucks) and restore brick-level mailbox (this took another two weeks!).
Good luck with the system. :nice:
